This $196,268,800.00 dollar contract is for adding lanes to I-95 from south of Fiske Blvd to Palm Bay Road. The project scope includes widening bridges at Eau Gallie and Lake Washington . Construction of new bridges at US-192 and Wickham Road and a new interchange at the Pineda Causeway.  The contract time is 1200 days including the design and construction. The project started on April 07, 2008.  The projected completion date is July 20, 2011 This date will change due to delays from weather, hurricanes, and unexpected delays.

A $5,000,000.00 bonus is offered if the Contractor completes  the project by December 31, 2010
Community Asphalt is the general contractor. The project length is 18 miles.
