This $73,163,378.18 dollar contract is for adding lanes to
I-95 through all of Flagler County. The
contract time is 800 days and construction started in March, 2005.
Superior Construction Co., Inc is the general contractor. The contract contains a
bonus provision that awards the contractor up to a maximum of $2,500,000.00 for
early completion of the project at the rate of $14,000.00 for every day they
finish ahead of schedule.
