Project Description:
The work under this contract consists of furnishing all labor, materials, equipment, utility coordination, maintenance of traffic, and other items necessary, including facilities and services, for the proper execution and completion of the construction of Bahia Vista Street (from Cattlemen Road to McIntosh Road in Sarasota; approximately 1.7 miles) in order to convert it from a 2 lane rural, to a 4 lane divided urban highway.  Work includes earthwork, extensive utility relocation and installation, roadway, paving, bike lanes, drainage, traffic signalization, sidewalks, privacy walls, street lighting, landscaping, curb and gutter with all appurtenances and miscellaneous items.
